Service Provision
Assistance is provided based on volunteer availability and community resources. While we strive to meet all urgent needs, submission of a request does not guarantee immediate fulfillment.
Volunteer Conduct
All volunteers must undergo our verification process and adhere to our code of conduct, prioritizing the safety, privacy, and dignity of the neighbors they assist.
User Responsibilities
Users requesting assistance agree to provide accurate information and maintain a respectful environment for our volunteers. Misuse of the platform or providing false information may result in suspension from our service networks.
Limitation of Liability
Canada Helping Hands facilitates community support through a network of volunteers. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our community-driven services.
